Question What color Combo Goes best with the FD

Hey guys basically i finished my Body work on my car but im having trouble figuring out what color to paint the car and the wheels. I have a Full Feed kit from shine but Swaped the front bumper for the Burnout as u can see in my sig. I have a set of aggresive volk te37's for wheels. My original plan was to go a Matte Black for the car and paint the wheels Takata Green. Kind of like in this picture.

But now i see so many matte cars that i want to swap the matte for a Metallic/Pearl Black with some Light Green Flakes in it with takata green wheels.

Or any color wheels and then match the Metallic/Pearl black with the same Color Flakes as wheels.

But i also like the candy apple red/ black wheels combo kinda like purerx7's car

And a Nice Grey/black wheels would look good kinda like this

I just wanted your guys input i honestly don't care that much about the color of the car because it will look sick anyway im just trying to do something different so any input you guys have would be nice

In the pics you posted I like the flat black minus the wing and wheel color the most.

Good wheels bad color though. What color then? not sure but I think something along the lines of what Ihavetwins has on his FD. Or something like purex's FD, black with a shiny lip. IMO a car that is opaque in color looks best with non opaque wheels.

Also and IMO to pull off flatblack you have look agressive in stance (i.e. car height and wheel choice maning style with offset. Screw that up and the car looks odd.

The candy apple red is not a bad combo. Im just not a fan of fancy colors on sports cars. I actually liked the color of his car prior to the latest paint job. But that's just me.

The dark gray black wheels is a nice safe middle of the road combo and can't go wrong with that. Not fancy, not too agressive but it does not bring out the god damn that car is hot! response out of me.

Oooooooooh that red fd is NICE. Candy apple red is a color that needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated.

I think the FD only looks good in VR. But Candy Apple red should look sick. The blue from the RX8 should also look good on that set up.

man dont be coming on here asking these questions !

you will never get a straight answer.

if your really interested in re-spraying the car powder coating the wheels or whatev, go to a body shop and look at all the colors they have. otherwise your gonna be up in the air for along time.

Like the flat black and the green wheels the best as well. Wow that orange FD brings me back, that's where I first saw the scoot hood. Like that as well, but your styling would need to be aggressive.

White is hard. Although a good white with red interior looks good.
Any black will look nice. Unfortunatley, black is hard to make look great in photographs.
As stated above, reds with tan interiors are a good combo.
Montego Blue looks killer with bronze wheel/tire combos.

Toyota's Pyrite Myca is an awesome color and would look the part on an FD. Match that to their Sandstone interior or BMW's Cinnamon interior, with a black wheel/tire combo and that would be my combo of choice

This is like asking "What stereo is best?" Color (and stereos) is very subjective. What one perons loves another hates, so you should decide what YOU like and not worry about what is "best". If a color change is in the plan, I'd find a color I like that nobody else has. Just no neon colors. And personally I like some contrast, so there's no way I'd make the wheels the same color.
