Valentine1 radar in mirror

Anyone ever do this in the mirror of an RX-7? This looks cool. Makes me want to get a Valentine 1.

Now that is just too fu*king cool. Problem is I tried to get the glass out of a stock mirror and I couldn't do it; it seems like you would have to break the housing. My mirror's gimbal was loose but I couldn't open it to tighten it; I just bought a used one.

Thumbs up

Wow, that is really sweet. I paid too much money for my Valentine unit to try to do something like that. I just don't have the ***** to do a project as that link, I would be really pissed if I screw up and break the Valentine unit.

ah you see it is the remote display ... he is not messing with the actual unit so no worries there .....

might have to get a new rear view mirror if the stock one won't open up ....

That is a cool mod.
But what's cooler is that the guy seems to have all the tools that one could possibly want. check out his website.
