I'm considering getting this kit, does anyone have it with pictures of it with the front, sides, and rear? How stong is the fiberglass? I don't want something that'll break just by going over speed bumps

Most of Apexi **** is really good. I would say that the kit is probably not fiberglass, but instead its poly...just my opinion...and I like the Apexi kit.

Apexi Front Bumper

The front bumper is definitely fiberglass. But the quality is very good. Don't have it installed yet. It has been sitting in the attic for about 2-3 yrs.

They had a full kit for sale at the A'PEXi garage sale a while back for $980. It's definately without a doubt NOT polyurethane and ALL fiberglass, heh unfortunately. Still a very high quality kit... I don't know of any aftermarket Japanese kits that aren't fiberglass.

I really like the lines of this front end but im woundering how difficult it would be to remove the piece that runs through the middle of the mouth so that it woul look like this.

pretty easy

You can even do it yourself. Buy bondo and fiberglass pads and resin from you local auto parts store under body repair section. Cut that damn thing off. Use fiberglass and resin to fill up the holes from inside the bumper. Wait like 2 hours for it to be dry. Use a thin layer of fiberglass and resin on the outside. Wait until it's dry. Fill up the irregularity with bondo. Sand it down and smooth it with 400 sand paper after the bondo is dry. Use a finner sand paper to smooth it. Primer it and you are ready to take it to the body shop.
