US to J-Spec '99 Tail Light Conversion

I saw some info on this guy's website for a conversion process from the US tail lights to the J-spec 1999 tail lights.

http://reganrotaryracing.tripod.com/lipntail.htm

I tried contacting the guy whose e-mail was given (Ryan Wolfe), but didnt get a response. Does anyone know this guy or how he can be reached or, alternatively, anyone else who does the same conversion?

I don't know if Ryan is still doing the work anymore. There are a few others on the site who also do decent work as well.

nothing has to be changed. you will still be using the stock housing and all, send them to me and I can take them apart for you and convert them. In all it takes about a week with shipping both ways .
