These are minor, but they drive me nuts

Number one: The drivers seat squeaks when I hit bumps/move/etc. I'm curious if I can take out the seat and tighten up (or lube) any bolts or joints. has anybody done this or have information on this? The seats are the touring (leather) seats.

Number two: The passanger riew-view mirror is rattling as if something is loose in side of it (behind the actual mirror). The power mirror still works fine and it's connected firmly etc... Is there any way to get "inside" the mirror (behind the glass) so I can see what's loose in there?
