smoked turn lamps (pics)

well i said i would post the pics once i got the car back so thanks for all the input guys. i'm very happy with how they ended up looking on the car.

aparantly you need to have the bumper off to change the turn lamps, but i just ordered the smoked ones from rx7store.net cost 145, and since the repair shop was charging the insurance co 130 for 1 oem one from mazda it seemed like an opportune moment as they reinbursed me for it. in short though i didn't do anything. just had it done while the front end was being replaced

you dont need to take the bumper off to replace that, there are 2 screws on it, takes like 5 min to replace..

that's exactly what i thought, but the people at the damn shop kept insisting the bumper had to be off, but since i had a rental i really didn't care all that much

has this been done before? tint spray the stock turn lamps and use styling cues from 99 spec turnlamps.
