hey guys i have a 89 rx-7 pretty standard at the moment and i have a shift light wich i want to set... the thing is that i dont know what to set it on and i dont want to take it to the dyno cos i would rather spend money on something else. what setting do i put the gears on?

 

why would you have to take your car to a dyno to set the shift light? You can set it at whatever you want. If you want be warned to shift at 7500, then set it their.
