Which seats are this?

Hi there,

can anyone of you tell me, which seats I got there in my FD? (Attachements)
It's a 1994 Efini, maybe Type R, imported from Japan in 2013.

The previous owner could only tell they where not the original ones, but wasn't to sure about that. First searches on google pointed towards a special edition in some Evos or Skylines, but the adjuster at the sides of the seats are shaped like a rotor, so you could think they belong in a rotary. On the other hand, the seats are pretty high and if you fold them forward, they scrape a little bit on the roof.

Only info I have on the seats are the german title "Idealsitz SR" and the KBA number: KBA90349.

I appreciate any help in identifying them.

For some reason I want to say Integra Type-R seats.......

They actually look pretty damn nice, although a tight fit in an FD I'm sure

DC2 ITR seats have Alcantara main bodies, these are just Recaro Speeds. I'm not familiar with the stitching though, as you can imagine that's not how the seats are sold (unless it's some sort of special edition).

Ok, thanks guys. I hoped they where some special version for the FD, after a new search on google it turns out they all have a triangular shaped adjuster at the side.

But yeah, they actually look pretty good in the FD. I think I will try them out on the track and only get rid of them if they don't have enough support. But sooner or later they will have to make place to some racing bucket seats.

They were sold like that by Recaro to celebrate their 30th anniversary in the Japanese market.

I searched around and came to the conclusion that they are aftermarket, not installed oem in any models.

They are also in backwards in that car.
The lever should be facing the door so you can fold the sear forward to get to the bins/back seats.
