Now that you mention it, I don't recall if Shine makes a Scoot replica. You could give Ken a call at (909) 773-0820. If they aren't making them now, start a thread in their vendor forum to generate interest. Shine makes great parts, I'm sure most FD owners would love to see them make a Scoot replica.

I talked to Ken and no they do not make a scoot rep. That would indeed be a good suggestion for them to produce. I belive they are up to their eyeballs in projects tho. Asking wouldnt hurt tho.

If you guys are worried about catching a rock, just find a "clear bra" dealer in your area. It isn't cheap, but will save the clearcoat. If you can't find one, hit up the tint shops and they should know where all the paint protection guys are hiding.

I can attest to that. Though my lights fit rather well and are very sturdy, that wasn't the case at the begining.

The red one with VIS? and yellow one with Seibon??

Mine also came with a rain guard but it really doesn't matter driving in the rain. I drove through torrential downpours on my way back from racing at Blackhawk Farms. The rain did not affect anything.

My hood also came with a raingaurd.

The original scoot hood is F.R.P only.

I can post pictures later.

You can see with hood pins it tends to level out the hood, which can help with figment... Also I wrecked that '94 A long time ago, and at the junkyard they stole everything that wasn't nailed down before I even could get to it to take what I wanted off it. Because the hood was locked everything under the hood was safe...
