S4 Stereo - Stopped working?

I recently decided to install an original S4 Stereo system with equalizer into my 87 TII, got it all installed and tested it out. Radio. Check. Tried one of those cassette aux tapes to play music. Check. Couple weeks pass (Car has been down for a series of engine upgrades) and try out the radio and get nothing but static from the speakers. Antenna goes up, stations are available to change, power is there but nothing. Tried the aux cassette tape with the phone. Nothing.

What's wrong you think?

Not sure if this helps or if they're compatible but I have a OEM head unit with tape deck with the "high power system" by Pioneer and the CD changer with remote if you're interested
