Does anyone know where the get the black vanity license plate with the "RX-7" on it that you see on the front of all the spirit-r pics and such? i'm almost ready to put my '99 bumper on and i want that to top it off, but can't find it. i don't wanna get a cheap airbrush knockoff, but rather the real thing. thanks

 

i'm pretty sure there is no real thing... i remember a thread a few days ago about a guy that just got his car fully done, 99spec and a greyish color... looked AMAZING... anyway he has that liscence plate and he said he just went on the computer and printed out that logo... then stenciled it on...

 

i'm doin the full '99 conversion and am trying to imitate the spirit-r to the fullest degree i can. i guess i could to that as a last resort, but if i could pick it up from mazda or somewhere, i would love it. thanks for the info tho

if anyone wants carbon fiber plates let me know. then you could paint or put vinyl letters on it. would be about $30

the 10-$15 covers labor. im not here to rip anyone off.

 

Don't worry about it rockshox. 30 bucks is very resonable for it. If they can make it cheaper and have it worth the time of the labor, then let them.

im not trying to be an *** but 50% profit on a simple part is not right. the only way this is a deal is if shiping is included. doing a google serch you can get a pre-made sheat of CF that is 18" by 42" for $50 after paying to ship it you can make 3 for $25 each.
