Remote sunroof
I just installed window modules in my car. 1 closes the window when i arm the alarm and the othe closes the sunroof. A problem that I thought i would run into is that it would not turn off when the sunroof is al the way closed. Well come to find out it does exatly that. How do I get it to stop cranking the sunroof motor after the sunroof is closed.

The rollup module I bought a looong time ago (and never installed) was a bunch of relays, timer circuit, and a circuit that monitored the load of the motor by measuring the voltage off a a low valued resistor inline with the motor. It would shut it off when it loaded up (closed).
Assuming everything is wired up OK and if yours works the same way, the motor most likely isn't loading enough (pulling enough current) to trigger the shutoff.
I don't have a sunroof, so I can't really offer much more than that.
