I honestly forgot which diffuser was the "old" RE Amemiya diffuser, but IIRC, i believe its this one.
I got these pictures from Rotary Extreme's site. They make great quality replicas of these too and sell them for a much cheaper price.

i just bought the re-amemiya diffuser not to long ago. and ive seen the rotary extreme one and the teeth are longer. its not noticable on pictures but if you measure it you will notice about almost a 8 in difference
