By the time your rebar is cut to work with the kit, there won't be much rebar left. A 99-spec one may be able to slip under with cutting, but the USDM rebars are wicked chunky. Only bumper I fit one uder was a Origin-Lab one and those are long is URAS or Veilside up front.

 

I love this kit. One of the only ones I'd try.
