Rattle can help
So I'm painting some RE-Amemiya mirrors on my second gen w rattle can. The only problem is that when the paint dries, it gets fuzzy. Not texture, but color. It's being painted a dark blue, but there are some stripes of lighter blue that are kind of fuzzy color. I can post pics if needed.
What am I doing wrong? I sanded it down, two coats of primer, then started to paint. Scuffed them up inbetween coats too. The first coat came out okay. But other's aren't so much... Am I waiting too long between coats or not long enough?

It actually doesn't say. It's dupli-color perfect match paint. I have the same brand of clear coat, but haven't used it yet since the colored paint isn't right yet. I'm not sure if I can just rub it with a soft cloth to get the 'fuzz' off then clear coat it.

It seems like the paint it drying in the air before it goes on the part what was the weather like when you sprayed them? Try to lay medium wet coats on the last couple layers. With the duplicolor paints i find that you have to follow the directions to the T for it to turn out right. Check what temp and humidity it says to spray in, it should say it on the back.
