raceonusa.com quality?

anyone have any experience with body kits/parts from raceonusa.com?

i'm thinking about getting one of their "Hi-Flex" kits, specifically the CWest 4 piece

Link to Kit

any input from anyone on the quality of fitment and durability of product would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
ryan

its actually coming along nicely. i still need to get ahold of a welder, my man is in jail or something. You suppose you could talk to your guy for me?, its pretty simple stuff I need done. So you're doing the work yourself this time huh? Let me know if you need a hand with anything. And i'm not kidding about those body kits.

yeah for sure we can get something going on the welder. he's got time on his hands. could do it tomorrow if you want. just let me know.

gonna give it a go and do as much as i can because i'm in a pinch for cash and i'm pretty sure i can handle the majority of the work. i've learned a great deal in the course of the past couple years. at any rate, i'll probably take you up on your offer, especially with some wiring issues. know anywhere to get a wiring diagram for the fd? i want to remove everything 13B related from the engine bay and relocate all the fuses and what nots that run the headlights, starter, gauges, interior lights, etc into the inside of the car.

give me a call if you want to set up an appointment with the welder, we can literally get that done tomorrow if you want.

raceoneusa.com is actually good quality. they also carry origin aero products, which aint crappy stuff. ive bought stuff for my old 240sx project from them. came out real good stuff.

THAT IS A LIE. I've seen that origin stuff and its ******* heavy as hell and terrible quality. Its no comparison whatsoever to the Shine aero stuff. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER buy an origin kit. BTW it was an Origin Stream S14 kit that I saw. **** those guys, the front bumper weighed maybe 8 or 9 pounds.

I don't know about their quality BUT their customer service is HORRIBLE. I bought a part off them after they explained to me it would be interchangeable with my original part and turns out it was HORRIBLE fitment. Wouldn't work at all and there was no way to make it work. The ******* manager there wasted my time telling me to "prove" it to him that it didn't fit, which I did, and in the end he STILL ended up charging me a damn re-stocking fee.

Summmary: RaceonUSA = Garbage parts and garbage service. VERY highly NOT recommended.

actually origin is not cheap they are great bodykits! here's the link http://www.origin-lab.com

my brother has an origin "stylish" kit on his 97 240sx and it looks great he likes the stream kit so he is going buy that front bumper, flexible but still is made of thick fiberglass, i am actually going to get the origin "stream" kit for my vert (i can't wait)

i don't know much about shine but their kit look like the are great quality(trying to see if they were going to make a sexy style kit ) so yeah i know they are good but raceonusa i think is reputable. if i was going to buy a kit on ebay then it would be from either shine or raceonusa.

so i would say if raceon has a kit that shine does not make (yet) then buy it.
