Did anybody try this hood???

I really like the way this hood looks and the price seems pretty fair. My question is how is the fitment etc? Anybody have any pictures or comments about it?

thanks

it's the ks style hood, you can get a fiberglass one, but i think it's actually from knightsports and a few hundred more. i have the cf one on my car and i love it

actualli the rear vents are different than the Knight Sports. I think this company is coming up with there own desighns, or at least combining diferebt hoods together.

I kinda like this one for the extreme look. I would only run it on a track car though.

It also seems as though the hood in question has cowl induction on the windshield side. I would be intersted in how this fits also and worked.

Watch out for E-bay stuff. You're almost guaranteed to have fitment problems. You could get lucky and have it fit perfect, but not likely. Aftermarket body pieces usually have to be tweaked, adjusted, etc. to fit and look right.

I made that mistake, buying a hood from them. It was too short all the way around and made poorly. In order to get it to fit correctly I would've had to add fiberglass etc... Do yourself a favor save up the extra cash and buy hood from a reputable company.

interesting. I wander who else makes a hood like this though...

I'm not into CF either so i'd be strickly interested in a regular FG.
