R-magic Light Beam Pattern

Have been looking for this but can't find it. I know the new R-magic kits are HID, but does anyone know:

Are the low beams HID fog lights or actual H4 (or 9006 I think) bulbs??
And the light beam, does it have a sharp cutoff or does it light like a halogen or foglight (again, for the low beams)??

If anyone's got info, if you could let me know it'd be very much appreciated.

Thanks

I heard that the r-magic headlight kit will no longer be offered in HID. As far as I know there are only 2 people who have the r-magic headlight kit and one of them is on this board (FDNewbie). He hasn't installed his kit yet, but I'm sure he's researched the pattern, lights used, etc... Try asking him.

Re: the light pattern, it's not a true low beam, so it doesn't have a sharp cutoff. That means that yes, you'll see EVERYTHING on the road, but that also means that everyone ELSE won't see ANYTHING

But...that doesn't matter, as from what I understand, Chuck told me that R-Magic had a prob w/ their HID supplier, so they're not offering HID anymore (at least from the time being). Chuck, if I'm wrong, please correct me.

A old customer of mine has them on his car. There was already I think like 3 or 4 thread on this light kit, if you search you will find them and pics and info.

EDIT* the search is kind of retarded or I am, I cant find any info, but good luck looking.

Here is the pic of my old customers ride, so you get the installed idea.

The perfect example of fashion before function.

Piaa has rectangular HID "driving" lights that might fit with modification. This is what I thought came with the kit. I'm not shure it it's considered low beam though. I would love to buy the housings and modify it myself. I can't find any info on them. If Shine can replicate them that would me great (wink wink)

Otherwise i'll end up doing C-West with Hella 90mm but i'm not shure what to do with the other hole. I've been looking for a pecil beam for the high side but I don't think they make those any more.

back to topic: Can anyone that has the R-Magic kit psot pics please?
