Question about paint codes from end cars...

So my fd is ready to be repainted, I have found the color I want, its lamborghini rosso vic. So my question is, when someone paints my car, they will mix the hues to produce the same color, correct? I know it would be insanely expensive if i got the paint directly from lamborghini, but by color matching it would cost as much as other normal colors correct? I know clear coats also have alot to do with the way it looks too, unfortently my knowledge on paint is not as good as others, any help is really appreciated.
Heres the color.

if it is mixed or not the color should be the same specially if you have the paint code... that is why it is there... now, quality of the paint it self will very between brands...yes, the layers of clear will add to it specially if the clear will be cut and polished....this gives it a very wet look, but will add to the coast in a hurry... paint is something you should not get cheap about ... and not saying you, but in general...

oh and about the cost... there is nothing cheap about special colors... and that would be a special color...although I have never look into lambo colors to purchase... I just know you pay for unique colors and you get what you pay for...
