PureRx7 Project 2009: Clean, Mean & Sexy
Good **** B, your ride is looking nice. Throw some CF canards and sideskirts on to finish her off. Have you made a final decision on wheels? I think the concave look would be sick on your ride. Maybe some black TE37's or something.

I need about a 2" spacer for them to sit flush at the moment
Some more pictures, no matter what I do with my camera I cant even come close to capturing the color of the car. Time to invest in a better camera, anyways some better shots to somewhat show the color a bit better.

Bryan... I love the color. There are few, if any, cars painted in this darker candy red and I have thought for a long time that it would look good. I don't remember what all you've decided on the interior, but you might want to think about seats in that orangey Rawlins baseball glove color. Some Porsche's and Ferraris offer that color. Then, leave the black dash and doors. Maybe pick up the color on the lower part of the doors.
Beautiful paint and bodywork. (Coming from someone who isn't a big fan of body kits...

I think that would look great in a black or dark blue car, even silver, but for my dark red I believe it will look out of place. Which is a shame because I really do like that color, I will just be going with a full black interior which includes black rz seats and leather covered door panels with red stitching. Might do the dash with leather and double french stitching in red (think Aston Martin - hopefully it doesn't fall apart as fast).
Soon my friend, I need to work on getting a better camera, will do a photoshoot when the car is finished. Still need wheels, suspension, brakes, low profile spoiler, side generators and feed turn signal covers to finish the exterior.
Thanks. Will be dropped .75" at minimum, I want a very low and aggressive look. Still deciding on what suspension, either Ohlins, Quantum, Zeal or Aragosta.
Installed the feed sideskirts today:

Some pictures from my 2002 cluster project/nightmare/disaster. What I estimated to be a 2 hour job turned into an all weekend affair. Project was just plagued with problem after problem, in the end though I think it came out pretty sweet. Still need to wire in the boost gauge, can you believe it took me 5 years to get a boost gauge?lol.
cluster dis-assembly

had to cut the backing to fit the nipple for where the vacuum hose attaches to, huge pain in the ***. Also dremeled through a piece of my finger, awesome.

moving the circuit so I don't cut it, I should have been a surgeon

Removing the gauge from the cup

Had to cut the cup because it was to big to fit in the panel with the top on.

Have you ever seen the baseball interior of the Audi TT? I think the color (the one you posted and the one me and Gordon are talking about) would match well with your exterior color. It will add so much class to an already classy car.
the boost gauge is not a bad idea.. it does not match with the rest 100% but not a big deal... if i were you i would have done all of them..(without ruining the 99spec cluster) in autometer or other gauges that match

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. So I was wiring the boost gauge and when I was attaching the vacuum hose I somehow ripped the cluster circuit board. That rendered the entire cluster useless
Thankfully I had another board laying around, so I swapped everything and I am just going to use the stock boost gauge. Replacing that gauge is a good idea, you just need to use a gauge without a nipple so you don't need to drill into the board.
Broken circuit

Boost Gauge! WOOT!

Night Time - this is just drop dead gorgeous

Some pictures from a recent event, really need to figure out what wheels I want. The shine low profile spoiler should set it off.

Need to re-finish the arc ti exhaust. On that note, the current wheels look so out of place :/

I would rock these ccw classics, damn you C
