Purchasing Question

I was at Rotary Xecret, in the Pan Speed section when i noticed a Carbon Fiber Front Cowl. Does anyone know what it is, may sound like a idiotic question, but I seriously have no clue what it is. It also does not have a price, anyone know a Rx7 online store that sells it, anyone have any more pictures of it?

Heres the picture they had...

I believe they are selling a molded CF front bumper/hood/fenders, similar to what race cars use.

So, for instance, if you need to check under your hood, the entire part has to come off... Also, if you damage any of it I imagine you'll have to replace the entire thing.

Not a very good good idea for a street car, IMO.

I have no idea on the price, but by looking at the prices of other Panspeed CF parts, I'm guessing somewhere in the $4000 range.

Im almost positive the cf cowl is the 2 weird shaped pieces on either side of the engine connected close to the windshield... I saw another pic of it and it looks really good, cleans the engine bay up a lot!

Hopefully someone will pop in here and set the record straight.

I did a few searches on the web, and it seems the cowl induction hoods pull air in from the back.. Maybe it's the same principle here.
