Pre-Auto Lightkit installed
I'm almost finished with the installation of the light kit. I still need to wire the high beams, focus the H9's, and peel away the clear film protecting the lenses. When I have more time, I'll wrtie up a short review, in the meantime here are a few pictures.

Flip up lights are cool.....................During the day!!!!
Flip ups are remnants of the 80's to me......
But the C5 Corvette sure made them work.
I just can't stand the look of flips at night.......So primative to me..

I think this light kit makes the most of the limited shape of the stock light. It has more body than otherr sleeklight kits , yet still seems to flow with the curves of the car. If the hood and the fenders were designed for a more sleek, slanted look, like the Ferrari 360's and 430's it would really make the frontend look fabulous. This light light is a great compromise. I'll post some light patterns and review when I have the time. -O.
P.S. Great thing about this kit is that if and when the styling fad changes back to pop-up lights, you can reinstall your stock ones

There is a website that will mix and match factory paint and offer it in a spraycan. Of course the can ship you the paint in a can to use in your spraygun as well. I just prepped the housings ( not as much as I really should have), sprayed them then clearcoated them. paint match is perfect. PM me if you want the website.
BTW, I liked your thread on infineon. Hopefully when time permits, I can get my car out on the track.

- Bumper foam needs to be 20-40mm thicker than on current vehicles and may need to be bigger in the vertical direction.
- “A low level foam-covered beam is needed to reduce rotation of the knee joint. This could be disguised under a spoiler-style skin..”
- Lights should be kept below the upper leg crush zone or designed to deform in a controlled way.
- Under bonnet clearance should be at least 75mm, with special consideration paid to major features such as shock absorber mounts. Some suggestions have been made that double-wishbone suspension may be an alternative - this depends on the packaging in this area.

"Tid bit", i told u they needed to be proffessionally installed. the brave do it themselves, but honestly they are SO self explanatory. i just have "proffesional installation only" for those who would have trouble. if any one has a hard time, u can call me any time. sedley did today and we got things worked out in 5 minutes
