Powercoated inner spokes of stock FD wheels

Hey all,

Anyone of you fellas' seen this before? It's pretty nice being done to stock FD wheels. Any ideas on where to send rims that can powercoat the inner spokes only?

How do you know the centers are powdercoated and not painted? With the latter, it's simply a mask and spray job.

Any quality powdercoater can do what you want to do. They have a special tape that they use that can withstand the heat used in the process. I had some rims back in the day done with the lip polished and the centers black. Didn't cost me any extra to do so either.

You can get that exact same effect for less than <$70. Get some Hawk HP+ front brake pads, drive for a week, and then just clean the lip.

That's right. Then rotate your wheels, and in another week, your rears will match!

Whenever I clean the track wheels people think I bought new ones. They're so used to seeing them dirty

Promise me you'll put a Papa Smurf sticker on the center caps.
