I ended up painting mine black (leaving the RX-7 letters the original color). They REALLY got scuffed and torn up. Mine were on the car when I got it though, so they have been on the car at least 5 years.

yea I wanted them in black cause my entire car is black, lol. After they get scuffed up, I will steel wool them smooth and paint black with gunmetal lettering.

thanks, thats an archos 20 Gig Mp3 player USB 1.0 and 2.0 hard drive. It stores over 4,000 songs (20 GIG!!) I have 450 songs and used 2.2 Gig so far. It fits perfect right in the ash tray slot and it plugs into the external input to my JVC stereo.

Im telling ya it beats a cd changer, lol.

(you can also hook it up to any USB enabled computer and use as a hard drive).

Thumbs up Looks good

But if you want to go with black, whty not go CF? You could sell your aluminum if you get sick of 'em. But i like the look of the aluminum ones, especially better than stock. But on a black car you may be interested in the CF ones we make:

check out the thread here for more info:

Well...It looks like my aluminum color only lasted a week or so, LOL.

I painted them black today along with my Blitz SMIC and RXFashion Intake box.

Black rules.

NO NO NO....I don't mean they wore out in a week.....I meant my freaking inherited blood that makes me *** up everything that comes in my path and alter everything from its God Given purpose/color to fit my own selfish needs. I'll try to take some pics this week...Black is bad *** ...hehe
