pic of FD w M3 wheels

I have always wondered what this would look like so I did a little photoshop work. The funny thing is I went to Ebay to find a pic of the M3 and just randomly picked on out of the crowd. It happens to be for sale right across the street from my building! Enjoy

Thanks It was a pretty low tech operation. I could have gone the extra mile and evened out the lighting, but I just wanted to get a rough idea of what it would look like.

They remind me of the Mazdaspeed wheels that are pictured with the type II Kit. I really like the way that they look except for the roadwarrier style center spikes.
If you have any pics of these on the street I'd love to seem them. I have yet to see any other than the official mazdaspeed images-I guess that's why they were discontinued

Looks pretty good, probably the deeper lip is what does it. Too bad the bolt patterns and offsets are totaly different then the FD's.

they look okay, i dont really like them , as those are the M3 luxury M3 wheels, and they do look too luxurious for the RX-7. The stock, SSR integrals, most volks, Blitz type 03 suit the sporty nature of the RX-7 better i think

Heh, interesting idea. It actually looks pretty good. From your title, I thought you were refering to the E46's split 10's.

Hell yeah. Someone photoshop the new M3 wheels on a black FD. Isn't the bolt pattern different?

hmm, I'll give that a shot on my desktop the next time I get home from the library before 12:00am. My 366mhz vaio laptop has trouble blending japanese and german :p I think the vantage point of the above image is a little awkward, even with stock wheels. I will try to find a better starting pic for the next one.

In general though I think the FD looks better with bulky wheels. It makes it adds a little bit of muscle to it. The trick is finding some that don't look ghetto like the MAE monoblocks. I really like the Mazdaspeeds posted above. I'm curious to see how they look on the street. All the mazdaspeed shots of them are too abstract.

BMWs use bolt patterns different from all other car manufactuers! Good luck finding wheels if you got a BMW! (Its certainly possiable, but your selection is limited to stuff like Breyton or AC schnitzer etc)
