Short of knowing the JDM market, searching is your next best friend. I've spent a LOT of time getting to know all sorts of parts and products offered in Japan, and lets just say the choices are overwhelming. It's like you asking what aftermarket parts are available for Civics. There are TONS of choices for the FD in Japan. TONS. So there's really no easy answer to your question.

Someone on this forum posted a link that literally had almost every company and pics of the body parts they made for the FD....the webpage was in Japanese, but you could still figure out the name of the company etc. I can't for the life of me find that post/link... =-/ But that woulda been your best bet.
