Update
I already have 3 people putting down deposit to take advantage of 10% discount + free shipping offer.
2 more spot left. First come first serve. After the 5 spots are filled, everything goes back to the group buy prices. Maybe free shipping if there are enough pre-orders but nothing is guaranteed.

Here's every pic I've got: http://srdaugherty.home.insightbb.com/feed/
What I'd like to see is pics of this wing with non-stock frontends. I have a C-West front and I'm wondering if it's too aggressive for this wing.
Chuck,
You mentioned that the inner flaps would not be carbon fiber like the original, but would instead be aluminum. I assume this will be a shiny silver aluminum that will need to painted?

You can leave it unpainted if you want to. You can paint it as well. The decision is yours.
I just found out the end plates on the wing are actually not real carbon fiber, but an acrylic plate with carbon fiber sheets glue to it. So the aluminum end plates will be stronger than the acrylic plates used on the original feed wing.
BTW, all the 5 spots for 10% off and free shipping are filled. Any new orders coming in will not have the 10% off discount. Maybe free shipping if there are enough orders.

It would look perfectly fine if you did that. Only if you do decide on painting it, I would recomend buying Chucks fiber glass wing instead of the carbon. It wiil save you some money.
i'm afraid if you paint the center body color, it takes away from the originality of the wing and makes it look too Stock. Or to a point where everyone will say. "you got an aftermarket wing?" i can't see the difference. hehe
