I have people telling me all the time that I should make a replica of the FEED wing but when it's about to be made, all those people disappeared and I don't get any orders. If there is no order coming in by the 12-13-02, I am not going to make the replica anymore. I will just sell the original one to whomever wants it for $1450+shipping.

If you are really interested but can't downpay 100% for now, I can change it to 50% downpayment and when it's done, you pay the other 50%. But without your commitment, this is not going to happen for sure and I don't think anybody else will make a replica of this wing for you guys. If there is, it's probalby done by now.

If it's not going to be made, you will get your down payment back. If everyone wants to wait until last minute, it's really hard for me to make a decision. Let's say if I have 5 initial orders regardless of which version, its' going to be made. The wing is already here so it will not take that long to get the mold done but I don't really want to invest on something that has no return.

You get the product cheaper if you join the group buy right now because that way I can at least make sure I can get my investment back and you get the same quality product at a much cheaper price. It's good for both of us. And also you will get it fast. I cannot predit how well it's going to sell later on so it might be on back order for 1-2 months after the group buy is over just like the Scoot replica hood and the Rotary Extreme headlight kit. They are always on back order ever since I release them.

I do hope to sell a lot of the wings but at the same time, I want to deliver the product on time as well and that's why the group buy slots are limited. I have people waiting 8 months on their Scoot replica hood and I don't want the samething to happen again on this group buy.

So it just makes perfect sense to join the group buy right now:

Yup, no one. I have at least 100 emails asking me about making a FEED replica wing but no orders at this time. Maybe they all bought the original FEED wing or went with something else.

I don't know why all the big group buys all happen at this time of the year. I never intended it though. Maybe I thought the people's family members will use it as a Christmas present, althoughI never received any automotive related presents myself except the one I bought for myself. I just got myself a big Christmas present though. I now have the complete RE Amemiya GT2002 widebody kit with the AD hood 9, carbon fiber wing and carbon fiber rear diffuser. A 10k+ present for myself. Really nice huh? =) And now I broke =(.
