Need Night Pics Of Some Gauges...Also Need Gauge Suggestions
I have like $60 max to spend on a boost gauge, but if I can go under that it would be fine. I'm just looking for a good quality one with a blue backlighting. Preferrably white face, but doesn't matter. My problem is that most pictures of gauges are only daytime pics, and I need lots of night pics. Whats a good gauge for in my price range that has blue backlighting, or just blue backlit numbers. Red backlighting would be nice too, but I haven't even seen any with it.
TIA

i think autometer is around the $60 price range, and you can get a blue cover for the bulb to light up and match, i also think vdo has a blue boost guage that kinda looks like the new vw guages

Also...are you looking for an "indiglo" look or would a blue light be sufficient? Because you aren't going to find many cheap indiglo looking gauges, especially under $60 (that won't die in a week). If a blue bulb is fine, get these:

Err.. Autometer gauges here.. I don't suggest you get them. For the same price I'd get VDO gauges.

it lists it as $27 at summitracing.com but you will also have to get a tubing kit... for about $10 I think.. if you want to save more I believe you can get a tubing kit for about $5 at autozone

Welll... I'm really not sure. Never really done it myself before. But if you can find the same type of lightbulb in blue I don't see why not.... Just don't expect the same lighting as an indiglo gauge...
