I hide all my controllers in my glove box...As I think they look untidy stuck all over the interior. for gauges, a twin pod that mounts in the center speakers looks best imo. Although myself I have two 60mm defi bf's mounted in my piller. For the commander...I use the R-magic commander mount (not sure if they make a LHD version?)
I can take pics if it would help you decide

you can also fab the Boost gauge in teh cluster and mount the controller in the door pocket like a buddy of mine.

Mine is custom, theres no gauges on there yet but they will go in the AC control area.
I have the Apexi AVCR and turbo timer on there with switches for the IC and RAD. fans.

Keep it stock looking and put them in the glove box. It will look cleaner. The only thing I have showing are my two PLX OLED gauges mounted on the piller. They display all necessary readings, including AFR, boost and vacuum, EGTs, oil and water temps, oil pressure, and soon, fuel pressure.

I'm in the same situation as you..2 gauges, PFC, Profec B...Except I have a POS boost gage/AFR gauge, which I'd like to replace with some yumm DEFI gauges...
I'd post a pic or two of my interior, but stupid Navy ship internet has blocked all Photobucket access for some reason. Lame..

I keep forgetting to take pics for you. I'll do it tomorrow.
But if I were you, this is what I'd do to your interior.
Remove that turbo timer.
Get a column mount gauge holder from Pettit.
Get a boost gauge of your choice for the gauge holder.
Remove the stereo and replace it with a head unit of your choice.
Get a Boost controller and mount it inside the R1 Din Pocket.
Replace shift and ebrake boots.
