I can get you:
These are MP3 units,

Pioneer DEH-P7400MP - $250.00
Sony MP450X - $240.00
Kenwood 8017 - $245.00
Kenwood Z828 - $475.00

The JVC is not that reliable, out of all that, our warehoue has got more jvc's back then any other unit. and the pioneer is killer.

All these brand new in the box, full warranty. I personally would take the P7400MP, it was released 2 weeks ago, and is very popular, with screen saver's and the works. If you have the money, the Z828 is AWESOME. All these are in stock, if you want email Indoaudio@aol.com

I'm VERY interested

Hey there Indo Audio,

I'm very interested. I was told the Pioneer wouldn't be available for a few more months. Is this some kind of grey market deal?

Do you have these available to ship now?

Lemme know.

You can e-mail me off line at JTromans@Yahoo.com or just PM me.

Thanks,

RacerXXV

The JVC unit is a very good unit, in fact I returned my high end Kenwood for the JVC. You will save money and be very happy with the JVC.

I was this close --><-- to buying a KD-SH99, but then i saw the pioneer, It looks like it has similar features, but the interface and style of it look better. I just ordered the DEH-p740mp from audiomyth.com for 270+ship. it is just like the deh-p7400mp, but it has 3 sets of 4volt preouts instead of 2 sets of 2volt. It was actually $10 cheaper than their deh-p7400mp (maybe they made a mistake??)

I'll post a review when i get it.

Check out the Kenwood MP3 Keg,(music keg??) or whatever they are calling it. This is the Phatnoise system, which Phatnoise no longer sells direct. It is a seperate disk cartridge based MP3 player that mimics the CD Changer interface. You use it with almost any Kenwood head unit.

I'd recomend the Rockfor Fosgate RFX9300. I have one and was researching mp3's for some time. Actually there is a forum on MP3's to help you decide http://pub56.ezboard.com/fhighwaymp3frm13
It has 3, 5.0 pre outs and a sub control. Also the chassis is copper and it's made by the same company that makes Eclipse decks. It also has lots of other features. It all depends on what you want the head unit to do for you.

i put a jvc sh99 in my car. That stereo is plain awesome. I would have to say that it is one of the best stereos under 500 bucks. Its got tons of features and just sounds awesome. I HIGHLY reccomend it.

I want the black face version of the JVC SH99 but I am not willing to order it from Germany at a high *** markup for it.
http://www.bestpriceaudiovideo.com/p...1113&Class=138

Has a decent price on them, unfortunately black is still unavailable.

audiomyth.com sucks ***. dont buy from them, their customer service sucks and I do not know when I will ever recieve my order, even though they told me they had them in stock before i placed my order.

I have the DEH-740MP in my SA ... it works great and sounds great

The display is totally off the hook ..it has screen savers and animations that just look incredible ...tons of audio settings ....a fair number of preouts ..and XM radio ready as well...and you can't beat the price ..I got mine for 277$
