Mounting bat cable under car?

Im just in the process of running my battery cable under the car and was wondering what the best thing to secure the cable to the body is. Just before i go and do what im thinking hoping somebody has done this before and has a preferred method.

Insulated clips for MC Light (go to homedepot or something of the like) would be my personal choice

You could also route the cables thru the fire wall and the console to the bins. A rubber grommet installed where the wires pass thru the firewall will keep any wearing issues to a minimum.

I have it in the hatch at the moment, hoping to just drill a hole+ grommet in the spare tire recess and loom it + run it along the bottom of the car... i was hoping that maybe there was a bette/different way than just screwing brackets into the bottom of the car.

most people do what rx72nr is saying. you dont have to worry about th weathering effects on your cable. theres less of a chance for the cable to be damaged if its inside the car.\

plus if you route it thru the car you dont have to drill holes or go buy anything to hang the wire
