Crutchfield has some good shots of various car decks/receivers.

any smooth black face will match nice. some recievers can change the color so u can set it to amber/red like the rest of the interior.

for units that you can change the color, I would go with alpine. Alpine cda-9855 and cda-9835 can change the colors. They make great decks and are widely known for their sq performance.

I was looking into the same thing nitro and I've decided to get either the Alpine CDA-9855 or 9835. I've seen them in person and they match the lighting color great and Alpine makes good quality units.

I actually just checked Crutchfield and they list the 9855 as a unit that won't fit the FD. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

That's exactly what I was thinkin. I am almost positive I saw someone with a 9835 on this site so I don't see why the 9855 wouldn't work.

It felt good to know someone somewhere had a pic of my car saved on their hard drive

back on topic: that deck kicks ***! I have sirius on it now,a nd it has a great menu setup for it, also is completly setup for nav etc.

89 drop, I mounted my sirius on the back of the divider between the trunk and the inside of the car, then the antenna they took inside the interior panels up through in the hatch gutter and right up to the top.

Hope that helps some. I don't have the nav yet

Got HID sleek lights instead this time around. Will one day though.
