JL Audio 6W3's in an FD
I gave up looking for a JL Audio stealthbox so I finally went ahead and had a box made at the local stereo shop. My days of listening to Techmaster PEB are gone so I didn't need (3) 12" subs like I used to have BITD. I just wanted something small that had some punch....I got it. These little subs are incredible. The amp is 500W Class D mono. Altogether cost me $1085>>>>YIKES
I haven't cut any corners on my FD yet so I didn't want to start with my stereo system. The head unit I replaced about a year ago with a Pandora interface one, that's all I listen to anyway.

Those 6W3's (or similar) would be clean and tight with plenty of volume, but will never get as low as bigger subs. In any case they are VAST improvement over upgraded coax's.
That setup would satisfy almost all rap and bass enthusiats (unless you're DB dragging or have a huge hard on for ultra low end).
I think you can fit 10's in the DamonB box. The FD is small, so a dab will do with subs.
