yup, that's the color code. the color was available here in the us. it was put on the tribute mini van and also used on a special edition miata

it depends. If you have all the 99 spec body stuff (better if you have the fog lights too) with some aftermarket rims or the 17" 99 rims then I would would go for the blue. Silver would look good too but it will match aslo if you have the stock looking car with the current body style that we have. I don't like the 93-95 body style on blue mica. Just my $.02.
