innocent blue mica varies on the angle of sunlight but when you see it live is the best colour on an FD, mine is
IBM 2000 Type R its the best colour ever, grey is very dark for an FD
Spirit R also came in a very limited number IBM colour.
The last pic is the actual colour the fist 2 are darker though.

i recommend something bright, dark color dont come out too good when painters cant countrol their guns. n when they make lil mistake spraying clear coat, itll look really bad. no matter how good painter is, they're still human n they make mistake.

bright color like yello n white, u can barely find mistakes.
white rx7 looks pretty k0o. like type rz. just add lil pearl in it looks even better.

i love IBM but its true that its becoming almost common place here (well not where i live seeing as i have one of 2 FD's in the whole province ) but in north america.
The spirit R colour is much more rare... does anyone have a picture of either the spirit R or IBM on a done up FD at all (aftermarket bumper, CF hood, etc)?
my paint is starting to crap out on me with chips and scratches and fading so when i repaint its going to be one of these two colours.

IBM would stand out more when driving, or anywhere else for that matter. it would definatly get more attention.

I painted my Turbo II the 91 rx7 color, Brave Blue. In my opinion Blue Mica is too bright. I like a deeper darker blue. I also added some sutle blue flakes in the paint. I came out very nice. I get offers on my car all the time.

it's 25g. only available on certain mazdas. any good body shop should have a book with oem colors, and they'll have it. and no, the color is way different than the 350z gray
