Well I just started mine this week. I posted some of the early stage pics on my site. The box will take up about 2/3 the trunk. 3 JL audio 10W6 subs powered by a soundstream 10.0 (about 333watts into each sub). Each chamber measures roughly .79 cu. ft. which is JL's reccomendation for maximum SPL. We have been doing this for years, We are MECP certified. My previous vehicle was an S-10 pickup with 4 18's directly behind your head!! I hit 164 DB before my alternators crapped out.

Once the product is finished I will post all pics. We can reproduce for anyone if we have enough requests.

Several people have done big competition stereos in 3rd gens. I think most of them are really overdone with how small the 3rd gen is though. I subscribe to the keep it simple stupid program so I don't like many of the "commerical" things I see being done. I will finally have mine down here soon-after 6 months of talking about it the car has finally seen shop time for stereo not engine. I'll have pictures within a week or so.

This one looks good.

Can someone else verify that the interior pics (4th and 5th down) are not from that car?

Actually, after looking at it a second time, you can see on the sub pic that the shifter is black, where in the other pics it is silver. Answered my own question.

It is an Intergra cockpit. Import Tuner made a mistake.

i think tha tthe pic will be too big, but here it goes anyway. i have a single RF 10'' woofer in the rear of my fd. the enclosure is custom hand molded fiberglass that uses the spare tire well for the 'air-space' for the sub. it worked well. there is a piece of 3/4 secure to the top of the fbgl. bottom. it has some 'speed' connectors so that i can take the assembly out when i am at a track event. the whole process takes < .45 sec to take out of the hatch. the box is secured in where the factory bolts for the bose system went...hope that this helped....if the pics did not come up, pm me, anyone, and i will email it to you...

i like that setup DamonB. I just put a selfamped 8" bazooka under the rear strut bar. Works well enough for me.
