How to run wire from head unit to sub in rear?

Hello Chaps,

Simple question (I hope). I already had an Alpine head unit installed with pre-outs for a sub. My question is how/ where to run the wires back to a self-powered bazooka tube that i'm going to install (I'm not exactly an audiophile, go figure). Anyone have instructions on how to do this? What about securing the tube in the back?

Cheers,

Sam (I searched)

You will need to run a remote wire, which sends a small electric signal telling the amp to turn on when the stereo is on. It is the blue or blue/white wire coming off the cd player harness. Then you need to run RCA's. Those just plug into the back of the cd player, then into the power amp.
