How do you clean up a J-spec block, Suggestions?
well for starters u should cleaned it before putting it in :P
dirt and oil usual chemical products work..
but it's corrosion.. u need good ol' elbow grease..
u gotta sand it all off...
then consider painting it

i would suggest using the same method you would us to clean an OEM (or US spec) block... maybe squint your eyes a little more...
shoulda cleaned it before you put it in. corrosion needs sanding in one form or another to get it off

or you could quite simply tug the motor.....pull it apart.....send the housings and irons for soda or bead blasting (on the outer surfaces only) bridgeport it and put it back in the car
or close your hood and cut the release cable
