It's stainless steel. Any steel polish should work. A dremel might be overkill - but if you use the buffing wheel attachment and paste it may go faster.

nevrdull or brasso are good ways to start. Awesome products.

a muffler tip shouldnt be hard to do, its round and has no changes in surface (no lettering, no hard bends) so it should be easy to do.

Nope. Heat bronzing is normal, however, some people like how it looks, some don't.

nevr dull is not gona work. i use it inside the engine compartment, its ok, but have to really rub numerous times to get water spots off.

the exhaust is a greddy SP so it has a large tip. ithink the heat bronzing deal is making it look dull, so im thinking maybe polishing wont help.

hmm maybe its time to get that racing beat exhaust

Coke and aluminum foil. No kidding. Pour some Coca-Cola on the tip and scrub with a wadded up piece of aluminum foil. You can do in 5-10 seconds what would normally take 15 minutes of slow buffing with chrome polish.

water spots in the engine get on all the polished pieces, like the intercooler piping, airbox, strut bar, UIM, etc. takes alot of rubbing with nevrdull to get em out.
