home remedys

home remedys for removing water spots/acid rain on windows. does anybody know? ive tried everything!! its not working. give me a shout.

AFAIK, the spotting is from minerals being "etched" into the glass. I've never tried it but I've heard rubbing the spots with vinegar using crumpled up newspapers works. Otherwise, take your car to a professional detailer and they can machine polish them out.

I had some of these spots that were sundried on my hood...I used the mcguires 3 stage polish and it came out...lots of elbow greese though.

steel wool. NOT a scotch pad!!!

drench the window, then then wipe thoroughly with steel wool with moderate pressure. Follow by spraying the glass again and wiping with a paper towel.
