NY Helpp!!

so i was installing an alpine head unit and i was being carless and didnt tape everything off well i was testing to see if it worked and one of the wires grounded then sparked and now i cant turn the head unit on but it will turn on when they test it at best buy, the original radio will work when i plug it back in, the dome light and the rear hatch light and clock in the idiot cluster and my security alarm will not work,, please help cant figure it out, all the fuses are good and read 12.72

Check the fuses for the car, sounds like one of the big ones in the engine bay is shot though. I had a similar thing happen on my FC and it turned out to be one of the large fuses.

what fuse did u replace?? i looked at them but at the time being i dont have a ohm meter so i cant test them just wanted to know what happened when u had these simular problems
