GTC Front bumper

I have a 93 RX7, and I bought the GTC bumper from rotary extreme.. Will this bumper look good without sideskirts or rear bumper? HELp

That bumper comes down real low and it looks best when you've gotten at least the sides of the car fitted with skirts, but if you have big wheels you can get away with it. It'll look silly if you do it with stock wheels.

Let me know how it fits when you get it installed! I've been debating between Chucks GTC kit and the Panspeed 2000GT kit. Thanks!

dude, your stock bumper looks much better than the GTC. I'd say leave but that's just me

Check out some of these videos. The one with a close up of the front gives a few good shots of the car overall. Also search around for posts of when Damian picked up the car. Previous owner was "Foko" from the forum.

It looks fine. Sides would look beeter but it is fine with just the front. It is the best for cooling water and oil temps. Also IC temps.

I say go for it. It is just the front and you can put that on without having to respray the whole car. Depending on your paints condition.

Also this one by "SyderJL" about 10 posts down first page. It is in red as well.

Haha!! I just saw he posted above saying he doesn't like it...

I think your car looks good Justus. Just my opinion though.Maybe it is different in person.

I guess I never told you I didn't like the GT-C bumpers huh? I was being polite Seriously, it just depends on the person. I personally hate the GT-C, especially when not combined with other body parts to match.

I'm sure some people don't like the looks of my car, but in the end I am the one that drives it. I think it looks sick as hell!!

is that new paint or original? because my paint is really starting to fade and oxidize and i was wondering how much it would cost to repaint it red just like yours... that is if you repainted your car... how much did it cost? if not, then damn your car's paint is hella nice. =)

My car had a factory repaint in 93. I guess the paint was pretty shitty on it so the factory decided they would repaint it under warranty. very cool. I canceled my order for that bumper I decided it was pretty gay. I went with the 99 J-spec bumper instead, and ordered some SSR 18" GT3 satin wheels.

The GTC's look cheesy unless you have the original smoked lens to go with it inmy opinion.
Did you see the group buy going on for the RE 99spec replicas?

If you didn't notice already, the bumper hangs really low and I don't see how anyone can run a lowered suspension with it on. After I got my bumper on, I didn't drive it at all until I put my stock springs back on.

I really like the bumper, but as Fd3BOOST noted, it doesn't look as good without the covers. I filled in the part where the covers are supposed to attach to. I could try to get pictures up if I have time tomorrow.

Oh yeah...get the skirts too, it will look a lot better.
