Got a headunit for xmas...good?

My Gf bought me the JVC KDSX770 face unit.
it has flip down face which is nice and 45 watts a channel. im assuming its one of their higher end units.

anyone familiar with this piece?

sorry dude I don't know JVC that well I am a pioneer guy myself. If you want to find out if it is the high end model go to www.crutchfield.com and check it out. If you can't find it there then try their home page. To me it sounds like a decent deck has to be better than stock because those things are pieces of ****.

I just got boston Acoustic Pro 6.5's for the front.

They include 6 1/2 woofer and 1" metal tweeter mounted separately.

Awesome sound!

To match the Pro 6.5's I installed Boston Acoustic Rally 6's in the rear.

I also have the Boston Pro's in the front of my 85, but they're the 4" ones.... and I have the same Rally 6's in the rear. I am very happy with them and would recommend Boston's.
