Gen 1 Dead Pedal

Slowly getting there...

First place to look would be in the classified section of the forum. Look for someone parting out a first gen and ask them for the pedal. Or start a WTB (want to buy) thread there.
I've also had good success on epay. If "RX7 dead pedal" doesn't find any results just search "79-85 RX7" and see what pops up. There's usually listings for body parts like fenders, hoods, etc, and when you look at the pics it is a complete car in a junk yard. Just contact them and tell them what you need. I've gotten all sorts of odd-ball small parts this way.
Good luck and welcome to the club!

+1, it was the same from 79-85, so anyone parting out a car should have one

Yeah, when I bought my 85 GS new it had one and I just assumed this would be a standard feature. Never thought it would be an upgrade for the 85 S I just bought.
