gauges displayed on car monitor/dvd?
yes, they also have an ob2adapter that will allow you to set it up on non obd 2 cars. You have to purchase all the sensors separately and can be quite expensive, all of the information is available on HKS usa's website.
PLX makes a device that can real time display data:

You can also build your own system from vendors like http://store.mp3car.com/Car_Computer_Systems_s/25.htm
A few guys have done it in the past. I looked into this a few years ago but ended up going with the line of PLX gauges instead to display my data.

That's the current 2nd gen version of the HKS CAMP. I installed the 1st gen version CAMP in my S5 TurboVert and LOVE IT!!!! Added bonus is you can change the color of the virtual analogue guages to match the stock gauges.

The HKS Camp 2 requires (if I read the literature correctly) either an OBD2 input or the purchase of HKS sensors. It also does not include the monitor.

As we don't have OBD2, we would be limited to 6 inputs and would need to purchase the optional HKS sensor units. So, this will set you back over $1,200 without the monitor as you'd need to buy all of the sensors, and the meter interface. Then throw in the monitor, and you are up to about $1,400. Ouch! For this, you can monitor temps, pressure, and boost and as I read it, no more than 6 readings. So, you could do boost, water and oil temps, and oil and fuel pressure, and egt and that would max out the system. It does look like you con combine it with your NAV system so that is a plus.
A similarly configured (including the monitor) system from PLX would cost about $720.
