Gauge Pod Opinion!

Drill holes into your A-Arm for the tri-pod on the arm, or use the center dash gauge pod?

Currently I have the A-Arm, so, just wanting opinions. I would hate to have to buy an A-Arm, then buy the center pod.

I've had the A pillar pod mount, the center dash mount, and the column mount (single).

My preference would be the center column mount for boost gauge. Then center dash for anything else.

Yea, the only reason I would go with the center dash, is so I wouldnt have to drill the holes in my A-Arm, I'm really **** about my interior.. It killed me when I found out I had to drill the holes in it..

I've seen some creatively 3M tape the pod and route the wires hidden without drilling the A pillar...also there used be an entire replacement pillar with the pods for sale...but that was a long time ago.

well, im not talking about how many gauges you need, I'm asking, which pod would people prefer. A-piller, center dash, or in dash. Just curious, cause I hated drilling holes in my A-pillar, I wish I woulda went with the center pod instead, but, its already done. =/ I did this a long time ago, bout a year ago.

I've had the Greddy twin 60mm pillar pod for about 2 years. It turns the pillar into an annoying blind spot. I'd recommend a centre speaker mount pod personally. I'll change to one at some point. Flyrx7 makes nice ones, but I've never had any replies from him.
