there was a post about this awhile ago which had a link to a ghost screen that went over your plate... it would be clear than with the flick of a switch it would black out almost like a tinted glass. I tried getting one but i never got anything back from them. I should probably try to make one...

U could def do a lot of gas and go's with something like that, LOL

"fill it up... super please"

I haven't seen one, but I am sure it is an LCD panel. "LCD" may help your search.

he probably made that himself so incase the cops were to chase him, they can't ID the car. the best idea is from that movie Transporter, where the license plate switches to another plate.

True, i dont know about you guys in ur 2nd gens but i sure as hell am not cutting a hole in my rear bumper and trunk for something like that... i would do the slip over panel just to add a little 007 to the car

If you are involved in activities that require you to hide your plates, then you need to rethink what you are doing, not how to hide them easier.

Listen to him, jail sucks, trust me, dont do anything stupid, that includes things like this to your car, cops see that they'll fine you for it, or rip it off and hand it to you. Then they'll write you the ticket/fine.

I think its a good idea if your street racing ... there's always people out there with video cameras and this would be a good way to keep them from getting your tag. but i would like to do this without putting holes in the rear panel...

its only useful if theres another plate w/ another number on the other side. If u drive around w/ no rear plate ur gonna get pulled over just as fast as if u have a tag they're looking for.
