Fixing hole in 99 front lip??

Hey everyone, my front lip came off when I hit a dip in the road and a big chunk of it is missing! Grrr!! Just wondering if there was any way to fill that up? I was quoted like $100 just to get it fixed, but a new lip isn't that much more, so just wonderin if there was anything I could do to fix it myself?

Is Bondo a good plastic filler? Or any other suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Fiberglass would work better.

Just get a new lip, it won't be worth messing with... i think many places sell the halves seperately.
