fender flares, a different kind of question.

so, i'm looking to get these fender flares somewhere down the road on my FB. how would one go about riveting the flares on? is it something i could do? should i leave it to a pro?

if a shop does it, ABOUT how much would they charge?(estimate)

these are the flares on http://www.cpracing.ca/

keep in mind, i'm not someone you'd call a pro or anything CLOSE to one when it comes to the body hell, this could be the easiest thing in the world.

thanks for the info.
